Maroon leather spine and corner tips with maroon cloth boards. The pages are in good clean condition. The binding does have some wiggle to it. The cover has corner tip wear and some cloth tears on the front. The spine is faded and has some large tears and a portion of the top end missing. The book has a musty smell.
