In addition to the numerous hours spent in front of the classroom teaching craftsmen of various disciplines, he has also developed and managed training programs for the nuclear industry. He is a member of Association of Crane and Rigging Professionals and serves as the chairman for the Membership Services Committee.He has been a frequent speaker on behalf of the safety in the construction industry, and promoting standardized testing and qualification of crane operators, riggers, and signalmen.
