A Note from the Author

I wrote these poems with the intention of reading them aloud with children. Idioms and homonyms can be a challenge for young readers and English learners, but the right voice inflection and visuals make these fun words easier to understand. I hope you enjoy many aha moments as you read this book with the children in your life.
