Three years on from the life-changing Cryptic Killer case, life was good for New York City Homicide Detective Lieutenant Jack Head. About the Author

Australian born Steve Gee has thirty years' experience in criminal investigations, so it made sense for him to write 'whodunit' urban noir crime stories, with a focus on the investigation, to solve the plot.

Steve continues to write stories in the mystery, thriller genre. He lives with his wife, Margaret in Queensland, Australia.
