About the Author

Jessica McGregor Johnson has worked internationally as a coach for nine years empowering women to go out and live the life they choose. She has been there, done that and got the wrong T-Shirt and so has walked the path she now writes about. In 1997 she left the corporate world and went to live in an Ashram, and Indian Spiritual retreat. Her purpose was to discover what was really valuable to her in her life. On leaving she went to live in Southern Spain and trained as a coach and NLP practitioner. She now knows that it is possible to experience that same journey of discovery without having to radically step out of life as she did. Since then she has worked with many women helping them through the same journey of discovery, making new choices and becoming empowered to live a life of their choosing. Her first book "Remembering Perfection - Everyday Inspiration for Living Your Spirituality" has been described as ‘one of the best books I've ever read on the subject of how to live not only your best life but always in grace.’
