About the Author

Ron Hogan helped create the literary Internet in 1995 when he launched Beatrice.com, a website he continues to update regularly. After several years of writing about the book industry, and building mediabistro.com's GalleyCat into the preeminent blog of the publishing world, he recently became the director of e-marketing strategy for a major publisher.

Hogan's first book, The Stewardess Is Flying the Plane!: American Films of the 1970s, was published by Bulfinch Press in 2005. Getting Right with Tao is his second book. He lives in New York.
