About the Author
Dick Hardy is a Pastoral Leadership Consultant, serving churches across the country. A former Administrative Pastor and Chief Operating Officer to two mega-churches and a Bible College Vice President, he brings thirty plus years of experience to the table in helping pastors navigate growth issues. He is the author of previous publications 27 Tough Questions Pastors Ask and the video series Make It Happen. He is active in service and hospitality at his local church. He is also married to The Lovely Redhead. Together, they are the proud parents of two married children and two grandchildren.
