About the Author
Erik Bean, Ed.D. is interim dean of the CXR Institute and a fellow at the Center for Leadership Studies and Educational Research (CLSER) where he studies student customer experience (CX) in order to effectively engage them. He holds a doctorate in education from University of Phoenix School of Advanced Studies and has served as a department chair, university professor, curriculum developer, online instructor, and has taught composition and technical writing for more than 15 years.
