Adam Irwin Riker is a board-certified, fellowship-trained surgical oncologist. His lifelong research interests are centered upon the optimal activation of our immune system, and cancer prevention through lifestyle and nutritional modifications. He continues to have an active clinical practice focused on melanoma, sarcoma and breast cancer. He enjoys running and exercise, quality time with his two daughters, raising free-range chickens and learning about traditional Chinese herbal medicine. He currently resides in Naples, Florida.
Jody Raymond has developed the "Raymond Routine," a program that combines flexibility, strength, and breathing into a daily routine. A competitive gymnast for much of his life, he has studied the science of exercise. Jody continues to coach gymnastics. He currently lives in the Chicago suburbs with Erica, and their three children.
