The Ring Keeper (Paperback or Softback)

Her ring is the last hope for the kingdom, but the demons are already hunting her down.

With demons close on her trail, Ana begins a desperate journey. Under the protection of a brave soldier, her last surviving guardian, she must reach the White City, the only place in the world safe from the demons. Time is short. Without her help, the city and its enchanted protection will fall, allowing darkness to sweep across the land.

In service of the emperor, Zarek has traveled for over a year, searching desperately for the girl who keeps the ring. But the demons found her first. During their deadly attack, he wields his enchanted blade to protect her, buying enough time for them to run. But safety is still far away, and the demons grow constantly closer.

Cornered at last, Zarek sacrifices himself to defend Ana. The demons leave him injured beyond hope, his wounds too severe to survive. Only the ring’s power offers him a chance. Ana must unlock its healing magic, and endure the agony of using it before their enemies return to kill them both.
