4to, magazine, glossy covers, illustrated, 64 pp. Slight edgewear and darkening to covers, but covers are in generally nice shape, contents with normal aging and browning, pages 32-34 are loose; very good. This is an historic issue of Ring, featuring the defeat of Joe Louis by Ezzard Charles for the heavyweight championship. The article presents a number of pictures about the fight, and speculates who Charles might fight next. There is also an article on Rocky Marciano.
