4to, magazine, glossy covers, illustrated, 64 pp. Some soiling and darkening to covers, ink mark on front cover, but in nice shape overall, normal aging and browning; very good plus. This issue contains a lot of coverage of the upcoming heavyweight title match between Joe Louis and Billy Conn. One journalist predicted a Louis knockout I three rounds. Louis would win in eight. There is also historical coverage of the Louis and Schmeling fights. # 104120 $40.
