Rising Phoenix

What would you do if time travel was real and your ex began stalking you throughout history?

In an alternate timeline, time travel was discovered, and generations have grown up with the abilities and advantages of traversing time. Chronociti, the corporation established to manage travel, uses their Prism Teams to ensure no one disturbs the current Earth timeline or abuses the privilege of time travel.

One such Prism team member is Phoenix, an experienced Observer dedicated to chronicling historical events. She doesn't interfere or alter the events-no one does. Instead, she ensures accuracy is maintained and future generations can learn from history.

However, her former team leader-and ex-lover-Caelum, has other plans. After she reported him for violating fundamental travel laws, Chronociti banished him. Now, he'll stop at nothing to have her back-and to destroy the corporation.

Unable to rely on corporate Security, Phoenix hires a former Marine named Aurelius to accompany her on missions through time. Eager to escape the grief of his father's death, he agrees. Together, they travel to ancient Egypt, witness the arrival of Vikings in North America, and infiltrate a Mayan palace. However, the more time they spend together, the more their business arrangement evolves into something complicated...and more intimate.

Soon, Caelum and his team are putting devastating plans in motion that can break the timeline. Can Phoenix and Aurelius keep Caelum's vision of history from becoming reality? Or will he rip both Chronociti and Phoenix's world apart?
