About the Author: Patson is an attorney with Sebalu & Lule Advocates in Uganda, specializing in energy/oil and gas legal practice and commercial litigation. He is also a part-time lecturer at Uganda Christian University where he lectures Oil and Gas Law. He holds an LLM in Oil and Gas Law (with Distinction) from Robert Gordon University- Aberdeen (UK).
