Risk, Returned (Paperback)

The past is not so easily left behind.

Risk has spent his life outrunning the place that made him, determined to become something greater than the streets that once defined him. But some memories refuse to fade, and some wounds are far too deep to heal with the passing of time.

As old ghosts begin to stir and long-buried scars are forced back into the light, Risk finds himself facing a question he has never dared ask:

Can a person ever truly leave their past behind, or does it quietly follow until the day they return?

Risk, Returned is a character-driven fantasy about justice, resilience, and the unseen weight we carry long after the world believes we've moved on.

Patrick Anthony Baker is the fifth of seven children, two girls and five boys. From an early age he was fascinated and inspired by his elder brothers D&D sessions and set out to play his own game, in his own world, with his own friends. That act started a process that would culminate in the writing of his first book: Jenna, Untouched.

He lives in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan with his loving partner Amber.
