About the Author
A graduate of Michigan State University, Gordon Galloway served in the Air Force with a Vietnam tour, then spent over 20 years flying fighters with the Michigan Air National Guard. He retired as a Colonel in 1988 and has since been employed as a Captain with American Eagle Airlines in Chicago. In April of 1999 he turned 60 and retired from the airlines. For over 30 years he has operated a farm near Morley Michigan and has discovered that he doesn't have to go farther than his own neighborhood to find fascinating stories to tell. He is dedicated to preserving those stories and letting you have an opportunity to meet the real celebrities that make up the fabric of this country. Galloway writes about a wide range of people from a WWII infantry veteran, to a county sheriff fighting corruption and a power lineman who writes poetry about his life. His new book will be out in the fall of 2000 and details the circumstances and people involved in a brutal rape and murder.
