Elderman (Riverside, California), oblong 12 1/8 x 9 1/4 inches tall brown cloth hardcover in a matching brown cloth clamshell presentation case, gilt lettering to front cover and spine of both book and case, pale blue endpapers, copiously illustrated with full color photographs, 78, [46] pp. A near fine copy - clean, bright and unmarked - in a presentation case with slight to moderate soiling and rubbing and very minor bumping to its lower tips. Note that this is a heavy and oversized book, so additional postage will be required for international or priority orders. ~SP09~ [5.0P] Chronicles the history and recent renovation of the Riverside Fox Theater, also known as the Fox Performing Arts Center, which was built in 1929 and is a Spanish Colonial Revival style building in the heart of downtown Riverside, California. The theater is the centerpiece of Riverside's Arts & Culture initiative and underwent a major renovation and restoration to become a regional performing arts facility. Renovation was completed in the Fall 2009, with a grand-reopening in January 2010.
