I am dedicated to customer satisfaction so if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return it to me for a full refund. If on the rare occasion I have made an error in a product's description and it is not as described I will also be happy to refund the cost of the items return to me (when possible) via second class post. If your purchase is faulty (Unless the fault is mentioned in the listing) you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. If you would like to return an item please notify me (via email) within 30 days of receipt, quoting your item number and reason for its return. Unfortunately we can't offer refunds for items notified after this period.

Shipping costs are based on books weighing upto 2kg for UK delivery and for everywhere else shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. I have no problem posting to most countries in the world, however due to certain courier and customs policies there are issues with a number of countries that may mean that it is not possible to send some items. If your book order is heavy or oversized, I may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Unfortunately due to the rules that some couriers have in place in some circumstances I am unable to send to PO Box addesses, this is mainly for heavy or valuble items, please contact me to discuss this before you place the order.
