Brenda Salter McNeil is a dynamic speaker, an author, and a trailblazer with over thirty years of experience in the ministry of racial, ethnic, and gender reconciliation. She is an associate professor of reconciliation studies in the School of Theology at Seattle Pacific University and is also the author of Roadmap to Reconciliation 2.0 and A Credible Witness.

J. Derek McNeil is a leader in the field of psychology, focusing his research on the identity development of African-American males, marital and family therapy, and group dynamics. He has worked as a clinician in private practice, a diversity advisor and coordinator, an organizational consultant, and as an administrator. He is currently senior vice president of academics at the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.

Eugene Cho is the founder and former Senior Pastor of Quest Church, an urban, multi-cultural, and multi-generational church in Seattle, Washington. He is also the founder and visionary of One Day's Wages (ODW), a grassroots movement of people, stories, and actions to alleviate extreme global poverty.
