"Rob Anspach has written what can only be considered a social primer for dealing effectively with phone scammers while at the same time thoroughly enjoying yourself at their expense. Not so very long ago I did what I considered to be the ‘right thing’ by adding my cell phone to the government DO NOT CALL list. I know, I know, what was I thinking? Before making that fatal mistake when my phone rang I knew it was only one of a handful of people who actually have my number. Then…the calls began. And they kept coming. It got so bad that I had to turn the ringer off on my phone and even considered getting a new number. Rob to the rescue! He began sharing his hilarious dialogues with these scammers on Facebook and I got to where I went looking for them each day and was actively disappointed when there was nothing new. I even copied some into scripts of a sort and began using them against our shared mortal enemies. If you feel the need to say hello when your phone rings, have this primer ready!"-Denise Griffitts, Your Office On The Web
