Roby's Rabbit

This is a story about a little boy struggling with a name for his rabbit, and how he solves his problem with his family’s support. Children who love animals, repetitive and simple text, and color will enjoy this book. It will stimulate children’s interest and help build their confidence as they memorize and repeat the words, giving them the sense that they are reading the book themselves.

The author lives in a small town in Maine. She has been married for 38 years and has two grown children and four grandchildren. She worked in the early childhood field for 28 years and gained experience and knowledge of what children enjoy about books. She wanted this-her first book-to be geared toward their interest. Mrs. Wilson loves reading to children, having children read to her, and now she will have the satisfaction of knowing she has written a book that will be enjoyed by children and hopefully foster a love for reading.
