Dr. Bimal Kumar Jha obtained his Ph.D. degree in Metallurgical Engineering from University of Roorkee, India. He is at present General Manager (Product) at RDCIS, SAIL. He is a member of several research and academic councils in India. The present article is the part of the thesis work by Dr. Anjana Deva carried out under the guidance of Dr. Jha.
