David Broadbent was born in the hills in the North of England, and now lives in the South, between the hills and the coast. He has been writing and drawing since he was very small, and still loves to paint pictures for fun. Before becoming a full-time illustrator, he worked as a graphic designer. Like Vincent, David enjoys a (small) roller coaster, but prefers a bicycle ride in the hills or by the beach, with a stop for ice cream. Or cake. Or both.
