About the Author

Richard Romero retired from Federal service in July of 2015 after a career of analyzing HR business systems to identify and quantify errors and their causes. He attended Cordova and McKinleyville High schools in California and American River College and Sacramento State College (now CSUS). He received a Bachelor of Arts degree (Integral) after four years at Saint Mary's College of California. Some Post Graduate studies were pursued at Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, N.C. (Teaching Credential program) and Villanova University (Online, Business Systems Analysis) in Philadelphia, PA. Richard is proud to be the father of Eva, Jessica, and Logan. He lives in Philadelphia, PA with his sweetheart, Laura.
