First published by Putnam, this is the fifth printing of the second US edition by Knopf. In green cloth with blind stamps of illustration to front board and colophon to rear. Gilt to type on spine. Bottom front corner bumped and faint drip stains to bottom of same board. Dent to bottom of rear board. Top page ends tinted red, but faded. Interior clean and binding solid. Jacket is unclipped ($3.50) with short tear to top of front panel, rubbing and nicks to spine ends and corners and some moisture stains to spine and rear cover from spill. 5th Printing.
