Rooted to Rise in Strength (Paperback or Softback)

Everyone has a journey. Sometimes that journey can be full of storms. Those storms often lead you to that fork in the road...one where you know that you have a decision to make. One road is easy and simple that can quickly end. The other tests your walk in faith. It tests your purpose. On that road, you learn just how strong you really are. It shows how your faith is rooted, and with that faith, you will rise.

It took a while for this girl to understand with it truly meant to be rooted in strength and how to rise. There are days it can still be a struggle. During those struggles is where Paola's passion was ignited to help others to rise above the ashes and renew their lives. As a gym owner, fitness coach, fitness competitor, wife, mother, and friend. Paola truly enjoys showing others how to step out in faith and break free from comfort zones. Paola's mission for others is to help them keep rising and to be rooted to rise in strength.
