About the Author

Born in 1964, Olivier Manitara is a free spiritual teacher within the western tradition. He began, at a very young age, to instinctively practice exercises which would later prove to be spiritual in nature. In 1987, after a period of following several teachings, he decided to go on a three-year retreat, part of which was spent in the mountains of Montsegur in the French Pyrenees. As a result of the intense experiences which he had undergone, he decided to devote himself entirely to the awakening of the human consciousness, and to freedom.
