Previous owner's book ticket on title page, bookplate of NICHOLAS MURRAY BUTLER on the front pastedown, and with his annotations on the final two pages bringing the roster up to date (to 1944) Limited edition of 201 copies, each copy bearing the initials of the fourth secretary, B.
