About the Author
Daniel Stables is a travel writer based in Manchester, UK. He writes travel articles for National Geographic and the BBC, and his debut narrative travel book, Fiesta: A Journey Through Festivity is coming out in early 2026. Agnish Ray is a journalist based in Madrid, covering travel, culture, gastronomy and current affairs. He has written about destinations across Spain, from Madrid, San Sebastian and Oviedo to Seville, Valencia and the Balearic Islands, and has interviewed a range of Spanish artists, filmmakers, sportspeople, dancers, designers, authors and chefs. Libby Davies is a travel editor at Rough Guides. London-based, she still finds the city just as exciting as when she first moved here in 2016.
