143 pp + 1 p index, book and contents are solid, pages are lightly browned and have occasional soil or foxing, the front endpaper is missing, front cover has a 2" x 3.25" gold- embossed picture of farmer on old steam engine machinery,the spine is neatly taped, the covers are tight and have some light wear and soil, this is probably a first edition, since no other printing is listed, although there is no printing date, this appears to be early 1900's.
