Condition is Good. Text is exceptionally clean & tight. Small smudge on FFEP. Ink is rubbed off of spine, but the embossing is still legible. Part of the ink is also rubbed off of the lettering on the front cover, but the pasted picture is still good and there is only light wear to the rest of the boards. Slanted spine. 1910 First Edition hardback. No DJ.
