"To make your tour overseas as pleasant as possible it is most important that you maintain a correct attitude towards the different peoples and races with whom you will come into contact. The factor of prime importance in helping to make your tour of duty overseas enjoyable is that of health" (Foreword by James Horace Barnes, Secretary of State for Air).
