Other contents include a report on the Exhibition of that year as well as articles on numerous exhibits including Rock drills, boilers, detachable hooks, gas furnaces, and much more. Also extracts of lectures on 'Overcoming steep gradients on Railways' and ' Porcelain and Pottery Manufacturers in Cornwall'. All the plates, some fold out, appear present.
