The method includes standard music notation with a wide variety of studies and repertoire for bass clef tuba. Its complete pedagogy covers scales and arpeggios in all major and minor keys across the two-book course, melodic interpretation, more than 20 contest-level duets, six contest-level solos, articulation studies specialized for the instrument, flexibility exercises for brass, and ornamentation.
