Ruby the Rabbit: Mine all Mine!: A Children’s Book About Sharing, Kindness, and Friendship (Ages 3–7)

Ruby loves carrots more than anything in the whole wide world!

Under her bed, she keeps a secret pile. When she spots a meadow full of sweet, crunchy carrots, she wants every single one for herself.

"Mine," says Ruby. "All mine!"

She pulls, tugs, and piles until she weaves the biggest basket in the world. But when her enormous basket tips over and carrots roll everywhere, Ruby realizes she has more than she could eat in a hundred years—and no one to enjoy them with.

Can Ruby learn that having lots of carrots isn’t nearly as wonderful as having good friends?

Why parents, teachers, and little readers love Ruby:
• A Relatable Life Lesson: Gently addresses possessive behaviour, the impulse to say "Mine!", and the power of saying "I'm sorry."
• Social & Emotional Growth: Perfect for conversations around empathy, generosity, and how our choices affect others.
• Vibrant Woodland Characters: Features Lily the sweet mouse, Milo the squirrel, cheerful bluebirds, and a friendly hedgehog.
• Ideal for Ages 3–7: A reassuring story for bedtime, morning read-alongs, preschool, reception, and early primary classrooms.

The best things in life are even better when we share them.
