Ours To Ruin

Veronica

Existence was a nightmare. Fate, even crueler.

Living like a subhuman and being at the receiving end of the Mafia dons' barbarity in their dens of vice, it had been ingrained in every fiber of my being to never catch the attention of the ruthless men I served.

And yet, I did just that.

The irony? I didn't draw the attention of just any ordinary gangster who came to the brothel to unleash their brutality; I'd caught the eye of the most savage and merciless dons of them all.

What my cruel destiny had brought me were two nightmares eager to mangle me beyond recognition. Two predatory men who ruled at the apex of the most notorious and lucrative crime syndicate saw me as their favorite plaything and were hyper-fixated on their mute prey.
