The Rules Don't Apply - When the Creator Overrides Creation

We live in a world of rules.
Gravity pulls downward. Fire burns. Water drowns. The dead stay dead.
These laws are so dependable that we build our entire understanding of reality around them. Science depends on them. Daily life depends on them. We rarely even question them.
But what happens when the One who created those laws decides they no longer apply?
The Rules Don't Apply explores some of the Bible's most astonishing miracles through a simple but powerful lens: God never breaks the rules. He simply outranks them.
From seas that divide...to fire that refuses to burn. From iron that floats...to blind eyes that suddenly see. Every miracle reveals the same breathtaking truth, that…
The Creator is never limited by His creation.
Rather than debating whether miracles happened, this beautifully illustrated devotional invites readers to stand in awe of the God who governs every law of physics, biology, time, and life itself.
Each chapter is short, engaging, and designed to spark wonder, making it perfect for:

• Personal devotion
• Family Bible study
• Gift giving
• Small group discussion
• Anyone who has ever asked, "How could that happen?"

With Scripture references from the King James Version, stunning artwork, and thought-provoking reflections, The Rules Don't Apply reminds us that while the universe obeys its Creator.
The Creator answers to no one.
If you've ever wondered what miracles really reveal about God, prepare to see familiar Bible stories through an entirely new perspective.
Because when God speaks…
The rules don't apply.
Each section opener could begin with a full two-page spread that bleeds across both pages, followed by the simple section title on the next right-hand page. Then, every individual miracle follows the rhythm you've established:

• Right page: The Rule
• Turn the page
• Left page: The explanation and Scripture
• Right page: The full-page illustration

That creates a reading cadence readers will quickly recognize. Every time they see a bold right-hand page with a single sentence like "FIRE BURNS.", they'll know they're about to witness another moment when the ordinary yields to the extraordinary. It gives the book the feel of a beautifully produced art volume rather than a conventional devotional or Bible study.
