Rules for the Massachusetts House of Representatives as well as a directory of its members and their affiliated towns. Likely Peter Hay’s copy with his notes to blank leaf at end. Hay was a representative from Stoneham, Middlesex County. (p24) As separately-issued, not in Sabin or Imprints. AAS only.
