This edition is in two sections. 1: `Regulations for the prevention of collisions at sea 1897'. 2: `Rules in force in harbours, rivers and in land waters'. plus explanatory notes and observations. Blue cloth boards with titles in gilt on spine. Boards a little marked and rubbed to edges and scuffed to top of spine, with small scuff mark affecting title on spine, but contents are tight and clean with no inscriptions. V.G. Owing to the weight extra shipping charges may be incurred, and we wil not ship airmail.
