About the Author
Jean Couch lives in the San Fransisco Bay Area and teaches yoga at The Balance Center in Palo Alto, California, as well as workshops and retreats throughout the United States. She has written numerous articles on Hatha Yoga and athletics in Runner's World, Yoga Journal, and other periodicals.
