Very Good/Good. Health. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. ISBN:0-517-259494. This beautiful hardcover book by the Editors of Consumer Guide with a dustjacket is in excellent condition with little wear. The red and white dustjacket looks great with little wear and features a runner in Converse shoes on the front. The red cloth hardcovers with gold lettering are shiny and show no wear. The spine is very tight. The pages are white with no wear or marks except a light line across the bottom edges of some pages. 12 chapters talk about how to get started running (or jogging or walking). when, where, how, and why. They talk about a running program for the reader, aches and pains, the best kind of shoes, helpful sources and the book gives reference charts and an index in the back. WE accept CHECKS, POSTAL & COMMERCIAL MONEY ORDERS, and ECOMMERCE through ABEBOOKS.COM. We will hold checks for up to seven working days to ensure validity and ship immediately thereafter. We do not at this time accept any credit cards at the store. All payments must be in American dollars. We accept returns of books within 10 days of receipt but only if the book is not as described.

Shipping charges are kept to a minimum and reflect the buyer's request (either media rate or priority). U.S. Media rate (7-15 days) $2.50 1st book and $1.00 each additional. U.S. Priority rate (3-6 days) $5.50 1st book and $2.50 each additional. Please inquire via e-mail about international rates. International first class rate is used whenever possible. Insurance is available and advisable for $1.50 - $2.00 and U.S. Postal tracking for orders within the US is available for $1.50. We provide free postal tracking on domestic mail on orders over $5.00. MEDIA MAIL RATE POSTAGE IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $100.00!
