London: Peter Davies, 1930. 3 volumes. Unnumbered set of an edition limited to 1000 copies. Vol.I: xi+358p. Vol.II: [viii]+pp.359-693[1]. Vol.III: [viii]+pp.695-1064. With numerous vignettes by John Nash, and a map of Cobbett's country by A.E. Taylor, printed on front and rear endpapers of all volumes. Paper slighted tanned, edges uncut, internally very clean and free of markings. Bound in publisher's marbled boards over brown cloth spines, marbling of each volume worn in places. Bright gilt lettering to spines. Owner's name on blank page following front endpaper of vol.I, and on front endpaper of vol.II.
