Offset printed from typed originals, with no indication of the printer or publisher, or if it was indeed ever publisher (per se). 11"x 8.5", 2 leaves. Stapled. Provenance: this was a gift from Goldsmith to the Library of Congress. These are two leaves (printed on one side only), stapled, and with an old paper clip. The notation of the gift is done in pencil on the rear of the first leaf. I can't find very much about Goldsmith (1892-1964), save that according to the American Jewish Year Book (36th annual edition, 1943) he was a member of numerous committees.
