About the Author
JoAnn Dickinson is an award-winning and best-selling author, she lives in Southern California with her husband, near her kids and grandchildren. Her first book, "I Love to Go Camping", was published in 2016, inspired by her grandson John’s love for camping and nature. "Lulu's New Best Friend" was written shortly after that and inspired by her granddaughter in 2018. JoAnn continued to write children's books over the years, and by 2022 she entered the self-publishing world, launching five new books which included Award-Winning Who's New at Lou's Zoo, Rylee The Young Rocketeer, John's Camping Adventures, John's Camping Adventures at Crab Run Beach, and Lulu's New Fur Friend. In 2023-2024, JoAnn launched more award-winning books, the second book in the Lou's Zoo Series, Lou's Zoo & Winston Too, John's Adventures at Yellowstone Park, launching a new National Park Series & Rylee's Rover Goes to Mars, Rylee's Rover Goes to the Moon, the new Amelia Ophelia The Beekeeper By The Sea.
