This workbook is written specifically for the S-D Inspector Pattern. It is written for Christians who want to know how to develop their natural tendencies and deal with their strengths and weaknesses biblically. Workbooks for all twelve temperament blends are a culmination of my life's work that includes my theological training, my experience as a corporate consultant, and my experience as both a pastoral counselor and licensed professional therapist. I have written a number of books and manuals on the subject of temperament. This work includes insights that I have observed while working with thousands of people in different settings that are not in my other writings. This workbook will help you become more aware of the expression of your natural temperament tendencies. Being more aware, take ownership of your natural tendencies to consciously express the controlled strengths and develop a plan to overcome the negative impact of your weaknesses on yourself and others. John T. Cocoris has devoted his life since the 1970s to developing the temperament model of behavior. John has a B.A. from Tennessee Temple University, a Master of Theology (Th. M.) from Dallas Theological Seminary, a Master's in Counseling (M.A.) from Amberton University, and a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) from California Coast University. John was a licensed therapist in the state of Texas from 1995-2020. John established Profile Dynamics in the early 1980s to develop and promote the temperament model of behavior for use in business and counseling. He has been a management consultant since 1984 and has worked with various companies, giving seminars for training managers and salespeople. John has conducted seminars in churches to help church counselors help others. John has also trained other therapists in the use of the temperament model in counseling. John has been interviewed on the radio and featured numerous times on COPE, a national cable TV talk show. John and Phillip Moss formed Temperament Dynamics, LLC in 2017 to further develop, expand, and promote the temperament model of behavior.
