Ingrid began her career in Human Resources and has over 8 years of experience working for several Fortune 500 companies. Ingrid left the Human Resources field to establish an event planning company and it was through that venture that she found her passion. As she planned community events with a local non-profit agency, she found that her calling was to help build strong communities, by assisting some of its weakest members gain strength. Through her community work, Ingrid has built an extensive network that allows her to connect individuals with the resources that they need to build an abundant life. Ingrid holds Bachelor's degrees in both Sociology and Labor Studies from Rutgers, The State University - Douglass College. Ingrid is the proud mother of a spunky, creative, smart, and beautiful daughter.
