Dust jacket with illustrated front panel; rubbing and soiling to panels with some chipping along edges; front and rear flaps detached from respective panels; dj now presented in a mylar Brodart protector. Black cloth lightly discolored along spine and edges of boards; spine head frayed with shallow cloth loss; spine decorated with lightly toned tan paper title label. Color illustrated endpapers; past owner's signature on front free endpaper obscured under swath of black marker. Pictorial title page. Top corner of pages 89-90 clipped with some soiling spots to pages 90 and 91. A good+ copy in a poor dust jacket.
