x, 88, [2] pp. Deckle edges. Printed at the Grabhorn Press. Illustrated with a fold-out plate. 8vo. 10" x 6-5/8" Slight splay to boards, otherwise a Fine copy in an age-toned VG+ wrapper, which has the title lightly penciled to the backstrip. Bound in blue marbled boards, grey linen backstrip, blue paper title label in black to backstrip. Plain paper wrapper 1st edtion (Magee 513; Olmsted 78). Limited to 400 cc.
