About the Author
Jim Brogden is an award-winning technical author and dashboard designer, data & business analyst, and data warehouse developer for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) in Atlanta, Georgia. He's also the lead author of all three official editions of SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence. He combines a Master's degree in Information Technology and over a decade of business intelligence development experience with a proven track record for delivering world-class data delivery solutions.
Heather Sinkwitz gained her expertise while working as a Business Intelligence consultant specializing in SAP BusinessObjects training and reporting solutions. She is actively involved in the BI community, serves on the board of the local Arizona BusinessObjects Crystal User Group, contributes to the ASUG Education Influence Special Interest Group and Web Intelligence Influence Council, and speaks at local and national events.
