SAP Process Orchestration: The Comprehensive Guide

Bilay, who specializes in SAP integration and process-related technologies, and Blanco, an SAP integration solution architect, provide a guide to SAP (Systems Applications and Products) Process Orchestration (PO), which combines SAP Business Process Management, SAP Process Integration, and SAP Business Rules Management into one product to help organizations in automating their business processes and integration requirement needs, including consolidated installation and monitoring, supporting business process automation and integration, and bridging the process modeling gap between the business and information technology. The guide covers all of the tools in SAP PO that can be used to model different kinds of integration scenarios, as well as its new features. It describes the features of SAP PO and administration and development tools; the Advanced Adapter Engine Extended, including the System Landscape Directory, Enterprise Services Repository, creating a Java-only interface, integration flows, and administrative and monitoring tools; business process management and composition, including Business Rules Management; and advanced concepts in terms of other components and landscape setup.
